Movements are carried by people, not just plans. That’s why HOUR Cooperative lifts up Keepers — Care, Place, Task, and Time roles that turn participation into stewardship. Each role follows a training pathway — None → Know → Do → Teach — so everyday service becomes leadership.
What do we want? HOUR Demands
Delays, denials, and risks aren’t failures — they’re fuel. When a repair is ignored, wages are stolen, or benefits are delayed, HOUR Cooperative transforms those waits into collective demands: Repair, Repayment, Protection, and Policy change.
How do we stay aligned? HOUR Universal Translator
Different people use different words for the same work. The HOUR Translator lines them up so we stay on the same page — residents, staff, allies, and funders moving with one rhythm.
